When I launch GTA V with Rage Plugin Hook it has an infinite loading screen. I have been trying to fix this for days and nothing has worked, I even uninstalled and reinstalled LSPDFR with RPH. Does anyone have any suggestions? I would really appreciate it, thank you.

When i try to launch the LSPDFR mod this it goes into normal gta and this Message appears: ERROR: Could not hook game process. Insufficent permissions or bad anti virus.
